Heart 💚 Behind the Mission
Pranit Kumar Topno
Director & Founder
“Growing up in this region, I saw both the potential and the struggles that define our youth. Treenighet is our answer to that. Through sports, education, and life skills, we help young people become confident, resilient and hopeful. My goal is to help them realize their worth—and build a future they’re proud of.”
Vijita Topno
Director & Co-Founder
“Treenighet Foundation began as a vision to uplift communities often left behind—especially women and children. I’ve always believed that when you empower a mother, you uplift a generation. Every step we take is toward building a Jharkhand where care, education and dignity are not luxuries but rights. I’m proud to stand with every family.”
- 🌱 Who We Are
Treenighet Foundation is a grassroots non-profit organization based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, dedicated to transforming lives through community-driven initiatives in sports, youth empowerment, maternal and child health, medical outreach and education. We believe every child deserves opportunity, every mother deserves care and every youth deserves direction. Our programs are built on this belief, aiming to uplift underprivileged communities through direct, compassionate action.
🧭 Our Mission
“To empower individuals and families across Jharkhand through holistic development programs in health, education, sports and community awareness.” We strive to foster a generation that is healthier, more informed and better prepared for the future.
👁️ Our Vision
“A vibrant, inclusive society where every person—regardless of background—has access to essential health services, quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential.”
- 📖 Our Story
- Founded on January 30, 2025, Treenighet Foundation was born out of a shared passion for social impact by our founding members, Vijita Topno and Pranit Kumar Topno.
- Witnessing the day-to-day struggles of rural and low-income communities in Jharkhand, they took action to bridge critical gaps in access to health care, education and youth development.
- We began with small sports programs and awareness workshops. Today, we host community health camps, mother–child care initiatives and educational outreach across East Singhbhum and neighboring regions.
